Zillow advertises a free basic rental manager and a one-time premium listing upgrade; current third-party reporting identifies that premium price as $29.99 for up to 90 days. Apartments.com and TurboTenant both promote free landlord listing tools. Because no paid price can be 30% below free, our 30%-less claim applies only to Zillow’s identified paid premium listing—not every competitor or every service.
